Cyclic Meditation Course

Service Description

Meditation is challenging for 2 reasons, either we tend to be drowsy and sleepy or we are hyperactive with distraction. Cyclic meditation is inspired by nature's cyclicity so we can easily tune ourselves to the law of nature. This course is created by SVYASA, India on the principle of alternate stimulation and relaxation. The cycle that brings about awareness to different parts of your body and the different relaxation techniques that calm your nerves. As per Upanishads, the essence of sadhana (Practice) is to “Stimulate and awaken the sleeping mind, calm down the distractions and stay in steadiness.” This meditation helps both in activating the system to be in a state of wakefulness and relaxing the mind to be devoid of distractions thus enabling us to be in a steady state of mind. Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling You can reschedule the class upto 8 hours before the course or class start time.  In case of "No show" there will be no refunds / credits to your account. Class Cancellation 1. The money will be refunded in full if the class is cancelled by the organiser due to unforeseen circumstances.  2. The following charges would apply if students cancel the course or class a. Cancel more than 8 hours prior to the start of the class - Full Refund   b. Cancel within 8 hours prior to the class start time / No Show - No refund Course Cancellation 1.
