While asanas and pranayama do wonders to your body, the mind is in control only when our emotions are in check. To seek within and realise oneself, one needs a still and steady mind. Indian Philosophy gives importance to wisdom that one should gain in their lives as ignorance is detrimental for both physical and mental health. This course aims at providing the key aspects of the yogic philosophy so aspirants can have a holistic experience while practicing yoga and lead a life with wisdom. Pre-requisite - Course on Introduction to Indian Philosophy Participants : 10 Classes :10

Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling You can reschedule the class upto 8 hours before the course or class start time. In case of "No show" there will be no refunds / credits to your account. Class Cancellation 1. The money will be refunded in full if the class is cancelled by the organiser due to unforeseen circumstances. 2. The following charges would apply if students cancel the course or class a. Cancel more than 8 hours prior to the start of the class - Full Refund  b. Cancel within 8 hours prior to the class start time / No Show - No refund Course Cancellation 1.
